Ken Wilder's 35 years of extensive knowledge, experience and expertise in collections, credit and banking, has been a leading contributor to the success of International Credit Recovery. In the early days, Ken started out in banking and finance management. He developed and supervised loan workout agreements for businesses and also reviewed Housing and Urban Development regulations and contributed in the development of Community Development Block Grant real estate lending programs and the necessary accounting procedures to support them.
Ken went on to serve ten years on the board of Directors for Fresno County Employees Credit Union with eight years as their treasurer. He recommended and approved various lending and accounting policies to improve operations. He also served as finance manager for Educational Employees Credit Union in charge of all branch offices lending and collection departments.
Ken was Revenue And Reimbursement Manager for Fresno County Auditor/Controller/Treasurer/Tax Collector division for 13 years. He set up and arranged governmental collection programs, interpreted new laws, developed and implemented new collection procedures to support those laws. He has also developed and presented seminars to educate many credit and collection businesses, including seminars on bankruptcy, credit, collections and skip tracing and the laws that surround them.
Ken's true love throughout those years was that of Commercial Debt Recovery. It was of no surprise to anyone in the industry, that Kenneth went on to put all of his experience and focus into this specialized field of commercial collections to become owner of International Credit Recovery, one of today's most highly respected, successful and leading Commercial collection agencies.
